When will I receive my order?

We will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. This will usually be within 3-4 days of your order. We will assume you have received your goods unless you notify us within 31 days of your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all our products are in stock, however if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you by email and if appropriate offer you an alternative product.

Can I change my mind about my purchase?

If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to return the items to us for a full refund. Goods must be in their original condition and unused. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the goods to us and we recommend that you use a signed for delivery option.

What happens if there is a problem with the goods?

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with any of the goods we have supplied to you, you may return them to us for a full refund or a replacement within a reasonable period after the date of delivery. Please contact us to discuss the matter prior to returning the goods. If the goods have been altered by you or the fault has arisen through something we would not consider to be normal use we reserve the right to decline a refund. We will reimburse you reasonable postage costs for returning faulty goods to us and we will require you to obtain a Certificate of Posting.

What happens to my customer details?

We will not pass on your details to any third parties. However, we would like to send you notification from time to time of our new products and would welcome your agreement to remain on our mailing list. Please inform us if you do not wish your details to remain on our mailing list.
